Job summary

AllianceIT Inc. seeks an experienced Agentic AI Consultant in Plano, TX to design and develop AI-powered agentic solutions. The role requires 10+ years in software/AI engineering with strong Python and hands-on AI expertise.

You will design AI agents, workflows, and orchestration, integrate LLMs, and work directly with clients to deliver tailored AI capabilities and demonstrations on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Experience designing AI agents, workflows, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI application development.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver demonstrations.
