Job summary

Accenture seeks an Agentic Commerce & AI Consultant to design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration. You will own solution components, ensuring scalable, secure deployments within customer technology ecosystems.

Role emphasizes hands-on Python/SQL, LangChain and Databricks, with collaboration across Song teams and clients to deliver measurable business impact. Travel up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building scalable AI or data-driven systems, preferably in digital commerce or similar ecosystems.
• Hands-on Python and SQL with deployment of Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
• Ability to translate complex AI architectures into business value and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered commerce solutions using Generative AI and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Develop Agentic AI components for personalization, merchandising, campaigns, and conversational commerce.
• Define and manage data, knowledge, and context pipelines to support agent reasoning.
• Architect orchestration pipelines integrating predictive models, LLM reasoning, and enterprise backends.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Databricks for scalable deployment and experiments.
• Contribute to reusable accelerators and client-ready assets; mentor analysts and support teams.
