About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of CLM platforms—primarily Agiloft—while helping our clients streamline and modernize their contract management operations. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment that values innovation, client success, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert in designing and implementing CLM solutions with a focus on Agiloft.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and architect scalable CLM systems.
• Configure and customize CLM platforms to meet client-specific needs, integrating with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and e-signature tools.
• Drive best practices in contract lifecycle automation, metadata management, clause libraries, and obligation tracking.
• Provide guidance on system governance, user adoption, and change management strategies.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and proof-of-concept workshops for stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and CLM technologies to continuously improve offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and architecting CLM solutions, including significant hands-on experience with Agiloft.
• Familiarity with other CLM platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or SirionLabs is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of contract lifecycle processes, risk management, and workflow automation.
• Strong experience in business process mapping, solution design, and system configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
