Qualifications

• Minimum 2 development/lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI.
• 8+ years enterprise consulting in Analytics/CDP environments.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize data and integration architectures for ROI.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance.
• Excellent communication across developers to executives.
• Proactive, self-starting with remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Data360 + Agentforce subject-matter expert for Success Architect org.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize tech architecture and design.
• Identify capability gaps and propose custom Architect solutions.
• Facilitate executive discussions to align technology strategy with business value.
• Run playbooks aligned to engagement catalog for Agentforce + Data360 customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and mentor teams.
