Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce and Data 360 Support Engineer in the Chicago area to be the first contact for customers navigating Data 360 and Agentforce products. You will demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills at a fast pace and manage customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have software customer support experience, web tech familiarity (HTML/JavaScript/CSS/APEX), Salesforce CRM exposure, API knowledge, big data experience, and SQL/RDBMS know-how.

Qualifications

• Experience in software customer support in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or APEX.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM applications and other cloud-based technologies.
• API/programming experience.
• Big data and SQL/RDBMS knowledge.
• US Citizenship to support our specific customers.
• Bilingual Portuguese, French or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical expertise in Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Provide feature explanations and best practices.
• Manage customer expectations and the customer experience to maximize satisfaction.
• Actively participate in training activities and knowledge sharing.
• Research, document, and prioritize customer issues with internal teams.
• Prioritize time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and curate knowledge content.
