Formación

• Valid real estate license and extensive experience as a real estate agent.
• Proven success in a remote sales or real estate role.
• Strong understanding of online marketing, social media, and virtual tour technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in and around Mexico City, MX.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of properties, including listing creation, virtual staging, and online marketing.
• Conduct virtual property tours and consultations with potential buyers and sellers.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract clients and promote listings.
