Job summary

Appnovation is hiring AgentCore Platform Engineers to build the agent-facing layer of the platform. The role focuses on runtime patterns, memory strategies, and tool integrations, ensuring secure and scalable agent operations across business systems.

You will contribute to reference implementations and standards, enabling other teams to copy best practices while maintaining high quality and clear documentation for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Python; TypeScript a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLM agents and tool calling is required
• Experience building or running MCP servers in real environments
• Experience with multi-agent systems and observability in production
• Familiarity with REST APIs, OpenAPI, and auth patterns such as OAuth 2.0

Responsibilities

• Build agent-facing runtime patterns and memory strategies
• Develop gateway tooling and integrations to expose internal APIs as tools
• Define how agents are structured, packaged and run in AgentCore Runtime
• Design memory strategies and orchestration for multi-agent handoffs
• Contribute reference implementations and standards for repeatable tooling
• Conduct evaluations and safety checks before live deployment
• Provide walkthroughs and documentation to onboard teams
