Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
• Must be able to obtain Life & Health license.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including insurance inquiries, coverages, policy changes, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products.
