• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
