Job summary

The Heppner Group is seeking an Agent Support Representative in Lehi, UT to assist clients and licensed agents with Medicare and insurance solutions. This is a full-time, client-focused role designed for individuals who excel in service delivery and organization, with no sales quotas.

You will handle inbound client inquiries, support enrollment processes during AEP/OEP, and maintain accurate client records while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Customer service or administrative support experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support resource for clients with general questions about Medicare coverage, benefits, and next steps
• Assist licensed agents with client follow-ups, documentation, and service-related requests
• Support enrollments during AEP, OEP, and applicable Special Enrollment Periods (non-sales support)
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure required information is properly documented
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on processes and compliance
