• Utilize ECRM analytics to derive actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Address defector issues to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
• Manage responses to customer reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Support general marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required to contribute to team success.
