We are looking for a part‑time Agent Team Member to provide customer service and support in a State Farm agency. This role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to learn license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day.
