Integrity is seeking a seasoned Agent Recruiter III in Missouri to lead recruitment of licensed health insurance agents in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role emphasizes relationship-building and strategic hiring practices to support growth and client coverage.

You will partner with Senior Marketing Specialists and mentors within a close-knit team, drive continuous learning, and handle administrative tasks using Microsoft Office in a dynamic setting.

Qualificações

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Organized and can prioritize tasks; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
