Job summary

KPI Partners is seeking a seasoned Program/PM lead to direct AI agent and automation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product and engineering teams to outline roadmaps, success metrics, and delivery plans.

This role requires deep expertise in AI, automation, and digital transformation, with a track record of managing complex programs. The position is hybrid in Fremont, CA, offering interaction with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Program Management, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or related experience.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Monitor program performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to ensure value realization.
  • Establish best practices for AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI usage.
  • Support change management activities, including user enablement, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and automation.

Job description

  • Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, KPI development, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to define and execute strategic technology initiatives."
