Temporal Technologies is at an inflection point as it expands its AI-driven agent primitives. This Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap for agent primitives, turning signals into clear platform bets and guiding engineers and designers toward user-centered solutions.

You’ll craft messaging around new features and enable sales and marketing to win customers, while aligning with a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs/SDKs, or related platforms.
• Experience in startup or high-growth, ambiguous environments.
• Strong product storytelling, strategy, and developer-facing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand agent builders' problems and identify impactful opportunities.
• Own strategy and roadmap for agent primitives, translating signals into platform bets.
• Conduct up-front discovery from customer, field, and open-source signals.
• Help engineers and designers understand user needs to guide decisions.
• Craft messaging for upcoming features that resonates with users.
• Enable sales and marketing to effectively communicate and win customers.
