Job summary

Trove Group, Inc. seeks an Agent Onboarding Specialist to guide newly affiliated licensed agents from contracting to their first sales. You will coordinate with contracting, sales, and Workplace Growth Manager teams to keep each step moving and surface delays before they affect a case.

You will maintain onboarding records, schedule trainings, and help agents prepare for their first cases, ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing agent service while keeping all stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in insurance agency operations, onboarding, or sales support.
• Experience with ACA/small group carrier appointments is helpful.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to surface delays and maintain accurate onboarding records.

Responsibilities

• Guide new licensed agents through onboarding from paperwork to appointments.
• Track progress and ensure steps are completed before sales activity.
• Coordinate with contracting, sales, and Workplace Growth Manager teams.
• Schedule access, training, and meetings with Growth Managers.
• Maintain clear onboarding records, next steps, and follow-up dates.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
