Job summary

Giga is hiring an Agent Engineer to join the San Francisco team. You will act as the technical interface between Giga and customers, building and deploying sophisticated real-time AI agents that scale across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include running discovery calls, owning the agent lifecycle from prototype to deployment, and coordinating CI/CD and live support. You will help tighten feedback loops with product and platform teams to improve the platform for all customers.

• Understanding of React, Python, APIs and tool calls.
• Customer-facing communication skills and ability to solve problems with a people-centric approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to context switch quickly and a high standard for quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer engagements from discovery calls and demos, build/maintain agents, and be the primary point of contact.
• Own the full agent development lifecycle including CI/CD setup, live monitoring, debugging, and documenting best practices.
• Close the feedback loop with product and platform teams to shape the future of the platform.
