Moment is hiring an Agent Engineer to drive new AI products from concept to production for the world’s largest financial institutions. You will architect and ship systems that analyze and move billions of dollars, balancing rigorous evaluation and reliable orchestration across the agent stack.

This highly autonomous and collaborative role spans research through system-level design, pairing prompt-level craft with durable architecture to deliver impactful results on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI development techniques, evaluation, observability, multi-agent orchestration, durable graph-based workflows, and context engineering.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Prior experience as an ex-founder or early engineer at a startup.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship AI products from 0 to 1 for major financial institutions.
• Collaborate across the full agent stack including evaluation and observability, orchestration, and workflow execution.
• Lead work spanning research, engineering, and product in a highly autonomous, highly collaborative environment.
