Job summary

EY is seeking an Agent Dev Architect to shape innovative AI-enabled architectures for clients in a globally connected, diverse team. You will collaborate with engineering teams, leverage AI and cloud platforms, and influence architecture decisions across engagements.

You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver tangible outcomes, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to opportunity development in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0–3+ years of relevant experience.
• Development experience in AI systems during university or after school.
• Specialized skills in technical solutions architecture and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct cost–benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.

The opportunity

As a Agent Dev Architect, you’ll have the chance to shape innovative solutions that drive real business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with talented engineering teams, leverage cutting‑edge technologies—including AI and cloud platforms—and help clients transform their operations. You will have the opportunity to code agents using advance AI tools and capabilities. • Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
• Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
• Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
• Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

To qualify you must have

• A bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 0-3+ years of relevant experience
• Development experience in University or after school in developing AI systems.
• Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
• Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with cloud architecture, FinOps, and emerging technologies.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106,900 to $176,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $128,400 to $200,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
