Job Description

This role involves designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio across development, testing, and production environments. The individual will integrate these agents with enterprise systems leveraging Azure and the Agent 365 connector library, while supporting end-to-end delivery from initial design through production deployment, including testing, UAT, and defect remediation. They will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards, and will be responsible for creating thorough documentation such as design summaries, test results, and operational runbooks. Additionally, the role includes participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and bi‑weekly sprint reviews, as well as providing technical guidance and enablement to internal teams on Copilot Studio best practices and troubleshooting.
