• Virtual Office Network: Get up to 100% commission while having access to The Local Realty’s brand and systems. Great for those that work on their own, love coffee shops, are okay without an office or want to plug into one of our executive office partners to gain access to over 3500+ locations across the country.
• Brokerage Partner Network: We seek out and partner with some of the top real estate brokers in the country to build elite sales teams. As a member of our Brokerage Partner Network, you will be assigned to a Team Leader who will provide you with office space, leads, weekly meetings and more.

If you currently run a team of 2 or more Associates, or you’re looking to expand by opening up your own Brokerage, we should talk! We’re currently seeking Team Leaders and Franchise Brokerage Partners across the country.
