Build and maintain a robust book of business by identifying potential clients who need better protection.
Meet with individuals and business owners to assess their unique risks and design coverage plans that actually make sense for them.
Review existing policies for clients to ensure they are properly covered and not paying for things they do not need.
Manage your own pipeline and track renewals to ensure our clients never experience a gap in their protection.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to navigate challenging cases and secure the best possible terms for our clients.
Provide ongoing support to policyholders whenever a claim arises or their circumstances change.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advising.
Strong command of modern insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Natural ability to build rapport and explain complex policies in simple terms.
Exceptional organizational habits to manage a diverse client portfolio.
Prior experience in small business insurance or commercial lines is helpful.
