Job summary

Architect of the Capitol seeks a qualified engineer/architect to serve as the liaison between the Jurisdiction Executive Director and the Office of the Chief Engineer, overseeing a program of projects through development, planning, design, and construction stages.

The role requires strong coordination, direction, and oversight across agency-wide initiatives, with emphasis on communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in managing program of projects including renovation and construction
• Ability to lead meetings with leadership representatives and SMEs
• Proven communication and reporting skills for project status and issues

Responsibilities

• Liaison between Jurisdiction Executive Director and Office of Chief Engineer to manage agency-wide projects
• Provide coordination, direction, and oversight across development, planning, design, and construction
• Lead and facilitate meetings to discuss status, budget, and lessons learned
