Agency Technology Specialist and Practice Development Specialist

As an Agency Technology Specialist & Practice Development Specialist, you will spearhead the integration, adoption, and optimization of cutting-edge business technology tools designed to elevate advisor performance. You'll work closely with firm leadership, advisors, and support teams to streamline operations, maximize productivity, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with firm leadership to define, leverage, and promote firm-wide technology goals that enhance business performance.
- Department Budgeting: Understand budgeting and costs associated with your area, find efficiencies without shortcuts, and keep leadership informed of expenses and potential costs by anticipating needs.
- Advisor Support & Optimization: Guide advisors in setting and achieving their technology goals to scale and optimize their practice. Update the Technology Handbook monthly and share with the Head of Advisor Services.
- Productivity & Growth Solutions: Identify, evaluate, and implement technology-driven solutions to boost operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Training & Adoption: Lead training initiatives and drive adoption of business technology tools across the firm.
- Onboarding & Development: Partner with Market Directors to introduce and integrate technology tools for new advisors.
- Technology Mastery & Support: Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide expert support for platforms like A360, Global Relay, Zoom Phone, Zoom AI, and others.
- Hardware & Software Support: Manage phone systems, provide end-user desktop support, and oversee hardware deployment using Microsoft Intune.
- Help Desk & IT Coordination: Respond to IT service requests, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure software and hardware function seamlessly, including MS Office, Salesforce, SharePoint, ERP systems, and virtual conferencing platforms.
- Network & Server Maintenance: Assist with installations, backups, Windows updates, and security policies.
- Process Improvement: Diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and develop strategies to improve technology adoption and business efficiencies.
- Compliance & Security: Maintain SOPs, follow change management protocols, and enforce security policies promptly.
- Periodic Front Desk Coverage: Engage with and greet guests and clients as needed.
- Communication: Effectively relay home office initiatives with leadership and the agency prior to implementation.

The Details
- Location: Denver, CO (In-office)
- Hours: 20–40 per week
- Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- Hourly Compensation: $25.00–$28.85 (based on experience and education)
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance; short-term and long-term disability; 5% 401(k) match
- Travel: Occasional, mileage reimbursed
