Job summary

Inhabit is seeking an Agency Support Specialist for InsureStays to support licensing, underwriting, and surplus lines operations from Mason, OH. You will collaborate with underwriters, brokers, TPAs, and technology partners to manage program delivery and compliance.

You will assist with bordereaux preparation, reporting, and payments, while learning proprietary software and contributing to a fast-growing team in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Licensing support: handle travel insurance program delivery, materials, and regulatory compliance.
• Underwriting support: learn underwriter requirements and prepare coverage docs.
• Surplus lines reporting: use software to produce bordereaux and reports.
• Reporting and payments: coordinate with accounting on premium and tax reporting.
• Data tasks: perform data entry and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Assist in maintaining agency compliance and documentation.
