Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for per diem shifts in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities in Connecticut. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure compassionate care.

We offer all shifts, per diem and temp-to-hire options, competitive hourly rates with shift differentials, weekly pay, and comprehensive training to support your growth.

Formación

• Valid state CNA certification
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work with elderly and chronically ill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor their health, provide emotional support, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans

Rate of Pay

USD $25.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr.
