Shelter Insurance is seeking a recruiter to support agency openings across the Dayton operating territory. You will interview and recommend candidates, coordinating with leadership to advance final selections.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses; company-paid courses and benefits are provided. Onsite Dayton, OH location with competitive compensation.

Dayton, OH (onsite) | $63,273 per year

• Perform other duties at the request of the Recruiting Manager.
• Order a Credit Bureau Report, Motor Vehicle Report, and Criminal Background Check on final candidates.
