Our Agency client is looking for a Project Manager to help with an upcoming print campaign through open enrollment with a well-known healthcare company.

This Role Is

• Fully remote, but open to hybrid should they wish to come onsite and/or are local to Minneapolis
• 40 hours/week
• Focused on High Volume Production
• Starts as soon as end of June, and will be through 11/26/25
  
  

In This Role You Will

• Partner with internal teams to plan, coordinate, track and report on a large print campaign
• Create and manage workflows, execution plans and timelines for print deliverables
• Ensure projects are approved and completed on time and on budget.
• Partner with outside media agencies to ensure placements are accurate
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 3+ years of traffic/project management experience within an agency
• Print industry knowledge or experience is a plus
• Experience working within healthcare is a plus
• Proven ability to manage projects with a high volume of materials and initiatives
• Experience using Workfront is a plus/preferred
