AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This self-starting opportunity centers on owning and growing a profitable AAA-branded insurance agency, with 100% economic interest from day one and substantial upside through incentive-based compensation and lead programs.

Successful candidates bring business acumen, licensing (or willingness to obtain), and capital to invest.

Qualifikationen

• Licensing and compliance knowledge is preferred (Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance)
• Willingness to obtain licenses at candidate's expense if not already held
• Detailed business planning and cash flow analysis support from AAA
• Virtual and in-person training over 3 weeks will be provided
• AAA-branded office space is required
• Investable capital of $75K is required for ownership
• Ability to pass background and credit checks
