Job summary

AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join a high-growth network of AAA agencies in the United States. Partners earn 100% economic interest from day 1 with incentive-based compensation and robust lead programs linked to AAA member databases.

A launch bonus and marketing/reimbursement support are offered to help establish a compliant AAA-branded agency. Strong onboarding, education, and resources are provided, including step-by-step deployment plans,

Qualifications

• Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses at candidate's expense.
• Review and completion of a Business Plan/Cash flow analysis with AAA’s guidance.
• 3 weeks of virtual training plus live instruction.
• AAA-branded office space approval required.
• $75K investable capital (proof of funds) required.
• Ability to pass background and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, flood, RV, boat, motorcycle, and commercial lines.
• Offer AAA memberships and related programs to a defined member base.
• Lead the launch of a self-funded AAA-branded agency and manage ongoing operations.
• Develop and grow a multi-line insurance agency to serve AAA members and prospects.
