Agency Launch Bonus

  • Paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency

Marketing Reimbursement

  • Paid to Agency Owner
  • Covered for the first 36 months, measured quarterly
  • Starts in year 3 (month 25)

Strong Support Throughout the Process - Our EA model is designed to serve members' needs. We provide careful candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement, along with assistance to launch and develop a profitable, sustainable business. Our onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan, comprehensive training (both in-person and virtual), and resources for staffing, financial management, and business development. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview - This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You should have relevant experience and capital to ensure quality service for AAA members. You will sell property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a loyal client base.

Agency Owner Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred but not required; if not held, must be obtained at your expense)
  • Completion of Business Plan and Cash Flow Analysis (AAA provides guidance)
  • Four-week virtual training with live instruction
  • Approved AAA-branded office space
  • Proof of $75K investable capital (seasoned for 60 days)
  • Ability to pass background, criminal, and financial checks

Products include:

  • AAA Memberships for autos, bikes, RVs, motorcycles, with access to roadside assistance and discounts
  • Property & Casualty Insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Commercial Lines, plus brokered products from top carriers
  • Life Insurance: Term, Universal, Whole Life, and Annuities, with AAA Life Insurance holding an A- rating from A.M. Best
