Evan Profeta State Farm in Cumming, GA is seeking an Agency Operations Assistant to support the Agent and team with daily operations, client communication, and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping a busy office run smoothly, with no prior insurance experience required.

As you grow into the position, you will have the chance to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses after hire, take on broader client service tasks, billing follow-up, and policy reviews as

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of client interactions.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of follow-up.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses after hire.
• Insurance experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Agent and team
• Coordinate client follow-up and prepare for policy review meetings
• Make outbound calls and assist with billing and account follow-up
• Answer incoming calls and connect clients with the appropriate team member
• Maintain accurate client records and document follow-up needs
• Help track outstanding tasks and ensure important items are completed
• Once licensed, assist with policy changes and additional client service needs
• Support other administrative and operational needs as they arise
