AmeriCare Plus is seeking an Agency Manager in Hayes, VA to lead outreach, grow referrals, and oversee daily operations of a home care agency. You will recruit and train caregivers and staff, coordinate care plans with clients and families, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving quality, compassionate service.

The role emphasizes relationship building with hospitals and referral partners, strong leadership, and a passion for serving seniors and families in the community.

• Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities.
• Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness.
• Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency.
• Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
• Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions.
