Job summary

Heritage Insurance Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Agency Services Specialist in Tampa, FL to handle agent contracting, licensing, reinstatements, cancellations, and regulatory appointments.

This fully in-office role focuses on accurate processing and timely follow-up to ensure compliance and data integrity across agency records. The ideal candidate will support agents and clients with licensing status, policy processing inquiries, and communications, while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process agent contracting applications, licensing packets, reinstatements, cancellations, and related documents; review all materials for accuracy and proactively follow up on missing information.
• Personally ensure licensing and regulatory requirements are met for agents.
• Manage Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) agent appointments.
• Respond to inquiries from agents, clients, and business partners regarding policy processing and licensing status.
• Prepare agent and client communications per established procedures.
• Verify accuracy of internal/external insurance records; maintain up-to-date data across agency files.
• Contact agencies to confirm/update key contact information and contracting documentation.
• Support servicing of existing clients and help resolve agency or client concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support as needed.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and company policies.
