Aaron Bussard State Farm is offering an internship as an Intern – State Farm Agent Team Member to gain real-world experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and business operations. You will work alongside an experienced State Farm Agent to learn how to build customer relationships and contribute to local business growth.

The position is part-time with potential for additional hours and incentives based on performance and agency needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing leads and supporting agency marketing efforts
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and existing customers. Help identify customer needs and introduce appropriate insurance products and services
• Support customer service and day-to-day agency activities
• Participate in community outreach and other business development opportunities
• Work toward mutually agreed-upon marketing and performance goals
• Maintain accurate and timely follow-up with customers and prospects
