Tony Lopez – State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient intern to support administrative duties and help our agency gain and keep customers. This Summer Internship offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic Orlando, FL environment.

As an Intern – State Farm Agent Team Member, you will apply a customer-focused, needs-based approach, provide prompt service, and contribute to the growth of our business through effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, or independently.
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
