Job summary

Alchemy Insurance Solutions, LLC seeks an Agency Manager to lead our retail agency team of producers and CSRs, driving sales growth, performance, CRM utilization, and streamlined workflows. The role emphasizes Momentum expertise and relationship management with affinity partners in construction and self-storage.

You will develop annual sales plans, monitor pipelines, coach staff, and ensure optimal use of Momentum and HubSpot for reporting and client engagement, fueling long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as licensed retail insurance agent.
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience in an insurance agency or similar setting.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and grow high-performing sales and service teams.
• Experience with CRM and AMS platforms (Momentum experience preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with talent development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of producers and CSRs to achieve sales goals.
• Assist producers with closing large accounts.
• Set expectations, track performance, and provide coaching and development.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members for long-term success.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with agency objectives.
• Monitor pipeline activity and producer performance for opportunities.
• Support cross-selling and up-selling strategies to improve retention and profitability.
• Become the in-house Momentum expert; train and optimize workflows and reporting.
• Lead CRM development and utilization for engagement and analytics.
• Act as liaison with affinity partners in construction and self-storage.
