Job summary

Ash Brokerage, part of the Integrity Marketing family, is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator for the Producer Services Contracting Team in Indiana. You will manage licensing documentation for agent appointments and assist with contractor setup across carriers.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with internal and external partners, understanding contracting requirements, and supporting advisors on best practices related to commissions and licensing status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize gathering and processing licensing documentation for agent appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier appointment and contracting requirements.
• Learn Ash's software platforms and internal systems.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Determine agent contracting by product line with carrier contacts for exceptions.
