Job summary

A leading insurance firm is seeking a compliance supervisor to support the Managing Partner in overseeing agent compliance and executing supervisory systems. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's Degree, industry experience, and relevant licenses, including Series 7 and Series 24. This full-time role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, and it offers a generous salary range of $90,000 to $128,500. The position is fully onsite in Yakima, Washington, with benefits and commitment to inclusion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of registered and non-registered products.
• Must have Series 7 & Series 24 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner with supervision of agents.
• Conduct periodic inspections and supervisory interviews.
• Handle the seminar supervision program.
• Assist with complaint review and resolution.
