• Interview members of the public alleging discrimination and file complaints as appropriate.
• Investigate claims of discrimination and pattern or practice violations.
• Negotiate settlements and monitor compliance with agreements.
• Represent the Commission in mediation and at hearings and trials.
• Lead complex litigation and coordinate with other staff as needed.
• Collaborate with Community Relations to address systemic discrimination.
• Represent the Commission at community events and bar associations.
