Aged Care Support Worker - Beenleigh/Logan

• Work 1:1 with aged care clients in their own homes

We are looking for dedicated individuals eager to make a real difference! We are hiring casual Direct Support Workers to assist our aged care clients across Logan.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care such as showering, dressing, and hygiene
• Administering medications
• Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Supporting clients between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Engaging in community activities like doctor visits, shopping, or social outings

About you:

• Seeking a change from aged care facilities and interested in building one-on-one rapport with clients
• Excellent communicators committed to providing top-quality service
• Great listeners who can work independently and as part of a team
• Calm, confident, and professional in all settings
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is highly desirable
• Capable of providing respectful and dignified personal care
• Valuing inclusivity, respect, integrity, and excellence
• Australian Open Driver's License and full insurance
• Available for shifts Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Willing to travel to clients' homes

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Blue Card (Working with Children Card)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Australian Open Driver's License and full insurance
• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate (free)
• Signed Statutory Declaration
• A smartphone with iOS 13.0+ or Android 6.0+
