The Detailer/Programmer is responsible for preparing timely, accurate detailed shop drawings in a proactive and professional manner. This role requires coordination with project managers, estimators, administrative staff, field employees, and management to ensure all aspects of the detailing process are thorough and complete. The Detailer/Programmer will work closely with the project manager to ensure project needs are met by the drawings prepared.
We have plans to expand into automation equipment to improve efficiency and precision in fabrication. While specific equipment has not yet been finalized, the candidate will be a key player and must be capable and willing to assist in the research of such equipment and learn the programs required to ensure everything flows together from office to shop. Candidates with experience and interest in these technologies will have opportunities to contribute to process improvements and future implementation.

Full Time
This role is primarily based in a professional office setting, with occasional visits to construction sites. Work may occur indoors or outdoors and can involve exposure to loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, and hazardous materials. At times, tasks may require working in high or confined spaces, awkward positions, or around heavy equipment.
This position requires the ability to maintain balance, climb ladders, and work in elevated or confined spaces. Tasks may involve grasping and handling small tools, prolonged sitting or standing (4-8 hours) and frequent computer use. Good vision (with or without correction) is essential. Occasionally outdoor work and phone communication is required.
