Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit is seeking an Industry Relations & Marketing Intern for a paid 10-12 week summer program across PA locations, including Mount Joy and Mechanicsburg. Responsibilities span marketing campaigns, customer education, industry relations, events, and content creation.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, CRM data entry, and support for scholarships via the Farm Credit Foundation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Experience in agriculture is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Experience, Marketing, and Government, Industry, & Member Relations teams with customer engagement initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of meetings, educational programs, and industry events.
• Represent Horizon Farm Credit at customer-facing events and meetings.
• Create content for digital marketing, webinars, and educational resources.
• Assist with association-wide campaigns and youth farm outreach.
