Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing or similar role.
• Demonstrated understanding of collateral and perfecting liens.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adhere to the organization’s mission and vision.
• Ability to initiate, organize and prioritize work.
• Keen eye for detail, which ensures accuracy and compliance in all loan documentation and processing steps.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively serve as a liaison between internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the client journey through loan processing from application to booking and post‑close activities.
• Serves as a client point of contact, building strong relationships through exceptional service.
• Collects pre‑qualification information and coordinates with Financial Officers to qualify loans.
• Prepares accurate operating and term loan documents and monitors closing conditions.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and completes required verifications and approvals.
