Compeer Financial invites students to join our summer internship in Bloomington, IL or nearby offices. You will work full-time through summer 2027, gaining hands-on experience in credit and underwriting within a supportive team.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration with the Credit team, and direct client service while developing financial analysis and credit skills in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Must be working toward a bachelor’s degree with at least two years completed.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities required.
• Knowledge of farm production methods and farm business finance preferred.
• Understanding of credit processing, accounting principles, and credit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Learn credit delivery: financial analysis, underwriting, loan servicing.
• Work with Credit team leader and cross‑functional colleagues to exchange information.
• Provide professional client service and support to Compeer clients.
