Swiderski Equipment is seeking a motivated Ag Sales Consultant to join our Wisconsin team. You’ll go beyond the sale to become a trusted partner, delivering value through expert knowledge, exceptional service, and tailored equipment solutions for agricultural and construction operations.

You will promote construction equipment and after-sales programs, build lasting customer relationships, and provide quotes while representing our brand with professionalism and pride.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Self-starter with initiative and drive to raise the bar.
• Team player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding of construction equipment; agriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Sales experience and industry knowledge are highly valued.
