Qualifications

• Solid understanding of construction equipment and ag knowledge is a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Sales experience and industry knowledge are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell construction equipment, as well as after-sales programs & offers; parts; service; and precision solutions offered by Swiderski Equipment
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships based on respect, integrity, and professionalism
• Understand each customer’s business and deliver innovative solutions tailored to their needs
• Provide quotes, follow up on leads, and respond with urgency and purpose
• Represent the Swiderski brand with professionalism and pride
