Job summary

Komro Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial, sales-driven individual to join our Bobcat and Ag equipment sales team in Whitehall, WI.

This role focuses on building relationships, generating sales, and delivering value to dairy customers across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will have dairy industry knowledge, equipment experience, strong math and computer skills, and a proactive, independent mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous AG (dairy) and Bobcat experience and knowledge preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Motivated, disciplined, determined & passionate with regards to the Ag Industry (Dairy)
• Proficient math & computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Advanced research & vocabulary / communication skills
• Ability to travel for trainings
• Detail oriented, neat & organized (process flow, documentation, warranties)
• Ability to think quickly and problem solve
• Independent & confident with an eagerness to learn and absorb information

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers in Ag equipment sales.
• Generate sales while maintaining margins.
• Establish and organize daily visits to outlets and customers.
• Explain features and benefits of Komro equipment and services.
• Monitor competition and pricing trends.
• Recommend product/service changes based on market data.
• Resolve customer complaints with solutions and recommendations.
• Generate incremental sales through upselling and value-added services.
• Increase product knowledge via training and publications.
• Keep accurate sales documentation and timely submissions.
• Adapt sales presentations to outlets and factors.
• Assist sales teams with leads via calls.
