Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or pursuing higher education in finance, accounting, agricultural business, economics, business, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in developing analytical and professional skills while gaining experience in banking, lending, and credit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze diverse credit information for loans and credit histories; prepare analyses for loan officers and Loan Committee.
• Perform cash flow analysis, financial projections, stress testing, and peer company analysis.
• Develop understanding of loan policies, analysis processes, and credit culture; identify impact of Ag Credit on relationships.
• Document lending activities with proper file support for review by management, credit review, examiners, and auditors.
• Proactively manage and structure account relationships to maintain asset quality with strategic plans for distressed relationships.
• Support professional development and gain experience in banking, lending, and credit analysis.
• Build analytical, communication, problem-solving, and professional skills through hands-on experience.
• Gain understanding of how the Ag Credit Team supports the Bank and its customers.
