Job summary

Qualifications

• College student majoring in Agricultural Business or related field.
• Interest in agricultural lending and credit analysis.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately.

• Willingness to learn about loan portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with agricultural credit analysis process including data entry.
• Assist loan operations with accurate and timely delivery of loan documents and maintain loan files.
• Prepare portfolio management reports including credit reports, annual reviews, cash flow, financial statements, and inspection reports.
• Conduct inspections of collateral. Assist with collecting loans. Initiates and follows through with liquidation/foreclosure, when necessary.
• Monitor commodity markets and stay current on values of land, machinery, crops and livestock.
• Complete a project as assigned by bank management.
